用语言助力乡村振兴，用语言推介美丽乡村。近日，东南大学外国语学院羽翼实践队走进厦门市海沧区东孚街道，将专业实践与志愿服务相结合，开展“以语译为羽翼，助乡村共振兴”东孚旅游外语翻译实践活动。连日来，实践队成员顶着烈日用脚步丈量乡村，走遍东孚坊间巷陌，认真收集各大文旅点位的名字、介绍等信息，发挥专业优势，让东孚辖区主要文旅点位首次有了英语和日语翻译。为推动做好多语言的乡村文旅服务，谨将该实践队的翻译成果陆续配图刊发，助力乡村振兴。

西坂菜地

Mount West Vegetable Plot

厦门市海沧区西坂菜地果蔬专业合作社（简称“西坂菜地”)成立于2014年7月，位于海沧区东孚街道国家级森林公园天竺山脚下。现有生产示范性基地面积108亩，主要果蔬粮种植、农耕科普、环保教育、公益国学等。

Xiamen Haicang District Xishancaodi fruit and vegetable professional cooperative was established in July 2014. It is located at the foot of Tianzhu Mountain, Dongfu Sub-district National Forest Park, Haicang District. The existing production demonstration base covers an area of 108 acres. It mainly conducts fruit, vegetable and grain cultivation, agricultural science popularization, environmental protection education, and public welfare studies.

西坂菜地以打造农业科技示范、农耕科普教育于一体的现代生态农业基地为目标。园区浇灌采用无污染的天竺山山泉水；休耕轮作；肥料以腐熟有机肥为主；虫害防治以使用太阳能杀虫灯、性诱剂、诱虫黄板为主，生物农药为辅，生产过程不使用激素、不使用草甘膦等除草剂。

Mount West Vegetable Plot aims to build a modern ecological agricultural base integrating agricultural science and technology demonstration and farming science popularization education. The park uses pollution-free Tianzhu mountain spring water for watering. Fallow and crop rotation are implemented in the park. The fertilizer used in the park is mainly decomposed organic fertilizer. For pest control in the park, the use of solar insecticidal lamp, sex attractant, insect attractant yellow board is the main, supplemented by biological pesticides. The vegetable fields are grown without the use of hormones and herbicides such as glyphosate.

西坂菜地周年栽种各种时令蔬菜，并建有瓜果长廊一条，设置有兔子、鸡、鸭、鹅放养区。体验项目主要有：农耕体验、农耕科普、自然教育、环保教育等。

A variety of seasonal vegetables are grown annually at Mount West Vegetable Plot. It has a melon and fruit corridor, but also set up rabbit, chicken, duck, goose grazing area. The experience projects here include: farming experience, farming science popularization, nature education, environmental protection education and so on.
